Team Leadership

Responsible for guiding team through the entire development process, from concept to completion. This role required strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage time and resources effectively in a high-pressure environment. This includes: Project Planning and Management:

Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
Allocate resources and assign tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.
Team Leadership:

Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Facilitate effective communication among team members.
Provide guidance, support, and problem-solving assistance as needed.
Technical Oversight:

Lead the technical development of the VR project, ensuring high-quality and functional outcomes.
Oversee the integration of VR technologies, including Unity 3D, VR hardware, and software.
Ensure adherence to best practices in VR development and coding standards.
Innovation and Creativity:

Encourage innovative thinking and creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Drive the development of unique and engaging VR experiences.
Ensure the final product aligns with the hackathon’s theme and goals.
Time and Risk Management:

Monitor progress and adjust the project plan as necessary to meet deadlines.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure the team remains focused and productive under tight timelines.
Presentation and Reporting:

Prepare and deliver presentations on the project’s progress and final outcomes.
Document the development process and compile reports for judges and stakeholders.
Showcase the VR project’s features and innovations effectively.
